    Structure :

  • R.C.C. of M-20 Grade as per drawing & design by the R.C.C. consultant.
  • External walls in 6" brick / fly ash masonry and internal walls in 4 1 / 2" thick brickwork.
  • Sand faced cement plaster externally.
  • Internal walls shall have POP punning.
  • 3 track powder coated Aluminum windows with 4 mm plain glass & mosquito mesh.
  • External door frame of teakwood & internal door frames in ply wood with laminate.
  • Granite / Marble door frames for toilets.
  • All doors shall be commercial flush shutters, front door shall be decorative with both side laminate.
  • All rooms shall have vitrified flooring 24" x 24" with 3" tile skirting & ceramic flooring 12" x 12" in terraces.
  • Bath room shall have plain ceramic flooring and shall have dado up to 7' height in good quality glazed colored tiles.
  • Kitchen Platform in granite with glazed colored tiles upto lintel level.
  • Parking shall have chequered tiles / interlocking blocks.
  • Jaguar tap fittings & Parryware / Hindware anitaryware.
  • On line RO plant for drinking water.
  • Decorative safety grills for all windows.
  • Solar panels for hot water in toilets.

  • All internal walls shall have oil bound distemper. External walls shall be painted with Weather Shield / Apex paint.

  • Good quality fittings for doors, such as aldrops, latch, handles etc.

    • Staircase Flooring :
